Please join us for this year-long initiative for all ages focused on fitness, wellness and healthy eating. The Library will offer programs and resources related to health and physical fitness. In keeping with the spirit of the library, all of these offerings will be free of charge.

Make sure you have an updated library card account so that you can access e-books, videos, music, e-magazines, research databases, and even check out non-traditional items, such as exercise equipment and games, from our Library of Things.
